Buchen is an experience manufacturer of Pipe Plugs, Bypass Plugs, Air Test Plugs and accessories used for testing, plugging and bypassing plumbing and sewer lines.

Jetco's Buchen Test & Seal (TV2) unit is a no dig joint sealing machine, which overcomes infiltration by replacing the original defective seal, with a tough elastic urethane gasket.

Each pipeline joint can be individually tested (Air or Water Test) and, if a failure determined, then sealed using the latest voidless sealing packer.

The operation is visually monitored using a colour CCTV camera with test pressures and grouting results relayed back to the operations desk by way of electronic transducers.

Pipe sizes from 100mm ø thru to 525mm ø can be sealed.
