Trenchless Cured-In-Place-Pipe (CIPP) relining is an efficient
and economical pipeline renovation technique which involves
the installation of a resin impregnated sleeve within an existing
section of damaged pipe.
Jetco offer two fibre reinforced warm cured epoxy CIPP relining
systems:
Jetcoliner
Is offered for manhole to manhole straight line mains, or
laterals from house to main. Sizes covered range from 100mm
to 225mm diameter with reinforcing fabrics sourced from Applied
Felts. Liner's are individually designed according to ASTM
standard F1216 to structurally withstand the loads imposed
by the condition of the host pipe.
Brawoliner
is the recommended reinforcing fabric for 100mm diameter lateral
lines which contain sharp changes in direction or grade, to
ensure a continuous liner with wrinkle free bends.
Installation of both systems is by way of our in- house developed
inversion system, followed by host water cure.
Live laterals that have been covered by the mains liner are
reinstated using our CCTV monitored Robotic cutter.
